Hyung Woon Lee

From 2023 to 2026, Hyung Woon was a Research Engineer with backgrounds in Computer Science and Psychology. He specializes in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning as well as Clinical and Cognitive Psychology (in the context of learning and education). His research interests lies in the intersection of Cognitive Sciences and AI, in the hopes of better understanding cognitive and learning processes through both computational perspectives and human perspectives. Outside the lab, Hyung Woon loves video games and music - and video game music in particular! He also plays the piano and the bagpipes (casually and competitively, respectively).

He is currently a graduate student at the MIT Media Lab.
