Samitha Elvitigala

Samitha completed his undergraduates in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering at the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. In 2016 he joined Augmented Human Lab as Research Assistant and later started pursuing his Ph.D. in Human-Computer Interaction in Bioengineering Institute of the University of Auckland. In his PhD, his primary focus is to design interactive systems to extract healthcare informatics to assist humans for a better life. His research interests include Human-Computer Interaction, Mobile computing, and Assistive augmentation.

Apart from his research Samitha likes traveling, Hiking and Cycling.
